Preamble
This website is deliberately kept lean. There is no advertising network, no cross-site tracking, no embedded content from third-party platforms and no cookies that would require consent. Nevertheless, personal data is processed when you visit, such as your IP address when the website is retrieved or the details you enter in the contact form.

Depending on the occasion, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for statutory retention obligations and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the secure, stable operation of the website, handling general enquiries and preventing misuse.
Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is delivered via Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. Technically necessary data is processed in doing so, in particular IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer, browser type, operating system, data volume and access status. The log files serve the secure and trouble-free operation of the website and are deleted after 30 days.
Cookies, Fonts and Videos
This website does not use cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics purposes. The fonts and videos used are delivered via the website provider’s infrastructure. There are no embedded YouTube, Vimeo or comparable third-party platforms.
Contact Form and Email
When you use the contact form, your email address, message, selected service, time of submission and IP address are processed. Spam and abuse protection is active and may process verification tokens, risk assessments, device and browser characteristics, interaction patterns and network signals for this purpose. Form data is processed via Framer; notifications are sent via Hotmail. Enquiries are generally deleted no later than 30 days after the last contact, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
Analytics and Social Networks
For statistical analysis I use Framer’s built-in analytics. Aggregated information such as page views, approximate region of origin, device category and referring page is recorded. No cookies are set, no cross-device identifiers are created and no user profiles are compiled. Instagram is included solely as a plain link; the privacy terms of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited only apply once you click it.
Your Rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of any consent given. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
